Obesity is a problem but that can be healed easily by making a kada made from the things that are present in your kitchen. Few spices mix appropriately can make the difference,
Ingredients:
1. Little ginger cut in to small pieces (ginger - Adrak)
2. pinch of powdered black pepper (kali mirch powder)
3. Little Cinnamon (Dal Chini)
4. Little Misri (sugar )
5. Small ilachi - 3- 4
6. Big Ilachi - 1
Mix all this in a cup of water.
Boil it and then sieve it (chhan lo)
Then drink that mixture and see the difference.
This you continue daily for 1 month , every night before sleeping.
